Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 packet sugar-free strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
  2. Add the sugar-free strawberry gelatin and stir until dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth.
  5. Layer the sliced strawberries at the bottom of serving cups.
  6. Pour the gelatin mixture over the strawberries.
  7. Top with the yogurt and protein mixture.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
