A simple and flavorful honey Dijon salmon recipe that’s quick to prepare and perfect for a healthy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh dill (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Brush the honey Dijon mixture evenly over each fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill if desired.
