  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small bite-sized meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine ketchup, honey, garlic, and soy sauce.
  6. Brush the honey garlic mixture over the meatballs.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
