- 1 lb flank steak, sliced thinly
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the steak and set aside.
- Add the remaining oil and broccoli to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, and soy sauce.
- Add the steak back to the pan and pour the honey garlic mixture over it.
- Stir well to coat and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
