  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same pot, sauté diced jalapenos for 2 minutes.
  3. Add chicken broth, cream cheese, and shredded chicken. Stir until cream cheese melts.
  4. Mix in heavy cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
  6. Top with crumbled bacon before serving.
