Delicious and juicy homemade dumplings filled with your choice of meat or vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup ground meat (pork, chicken, or beef)
  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (cabbage, carrots, or mushrooms)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and water to form a dough.
  2. Knead the dough for 5 minutes and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, combine ground meat, chopped vegetables, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
  4. Roll out dough and cut into circles.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
  6. Fold the dough over and pinch to seal.
  7. Boil water in a pot and cook dumplings for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Serve with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Make sure to seal dumplings tightly to prevent leakage.
