Crispy, juicy keto air fryer chicken thighs that are easy to make and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Coat chicken thighs evenly with the spice mix.
  5. Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes until crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
