Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  6. Check internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
