A quick and easy keto-friendly recipe combining tender beef and fresh broccoli in a savory sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add beef slices and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add broccoli and soy sauce, cook until broccoli is tender.
  5. If using, mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the pan to thicken sauce.
  6. Stir in sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust soy sauce to taste.
  • For extra flavor, marinate beef in soy sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
