A simple and delicious keto-friendly dish combining tender chicken and fresh broccoli in a creamy cheese sauce.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken and broccoli florets.
  3. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat. Stir in cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the cheese sauce over the chicken and broccoli. Mix well.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
