- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam cauliflower florets for 5 minutes until slightly tender.
- Drain and place cauliflower in a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
- Add shredded cheese and stir until melted.
- Pour cheese sauce over cauliflower.
- Bake for 15 minutes until bubbly.
