  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions over medium heat.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream.
  5. Add the meat mixture and pickles to the egg mixture.
