A delicious low-carb casserole that combines the flavors of a cheeseburger in an easy-to-make dish.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in pickles, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
