A creamy, low-carb chicken Alfredo perfect for keto diets.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano, then cook until golden (6-7 minutes per side). Remove and slice.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Add sliced chicken back to the sauce, coat evenly, and serve hot.
