Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano until the sauce thickens.
  7. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet, coating it with the Alfredo sauce.
  8. Serve hot.
