  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Rinse cranberries and drain.
  2. Combine cranberries, water, and erythritol in a saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst (about 10 minutes).
  4. Stir in orange zest, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
