Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy spinach sauce.
  8. Serve hot.
