A rich and creamy garlic chicken dish perfect for a keto diet. Tender chicken breasts smothered in a garlicky cream sauce.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and thyme. Stir well and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, coat with the sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
