- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
