A rich and creamy garlic chicken dish perfect for a keto diet.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese, and stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add dried thyme and return the chicken to the skillet. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
