- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup erythritol sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, and erythritol.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add heavy cream, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
