- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream until smooth.
- Stir in cooked sausage, cheese, bell peppers, onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
