  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream until smooth.
  4. Stir in cooked sausage, cheese, bell peppers, onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
