  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then add to the pan.
  4. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove from pan.
  5. In the same pan, add heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Stir until thickened.
  6. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Return chicken to the pan, coat with sauce, and serve.
