- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then add to the pan.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, add heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Stir until thickened.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Return chicken to the pan, coat with sauce, and serve.
