A delicious and easy-to-make keto spinach cream cheese casserole that’s perfect for a low-carb meal.

  • 10 oz fresh spinach
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add spinach and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and lightly browned on top.
