- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
