- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
- Add chopped spinach, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with keto-friendly crackers or vegetable sticks.
Notes
- You can use frozen spinach instead of fresh. Thaw and drain excess water before using.
