A delicious keto-friendly spinach stuffed turkey meatloaf that’s easy to make and perfect for a healthy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix turkey, almond flour, egg, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form half the mixture into a loaf shape, then create a well in the center.
  4. Stuff the well with chopped spinach, then cover with the remaining turkey mixture.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until fully cooked.
