- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onions until soft.
- Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine tuna mixture with sautéed spinach and onions.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
