  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. In a separate pan, cook cauliflower rice for 5 minutes.
  5. Assemble the bowl: place cauliflower rice at the bottom.
