  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place crab legs on a baking sheet.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  4. Add vanilla bean seeds, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the butter. Stir well.
  5. Brush the vanilla butter glaze generously over the crab legs.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until heated through.
  7. Serve immediately with extra glaze on the side.
