  • 4 large bread rolls (preferably brioche or milk bread)
  • 200g cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 50g unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the bread rolls into 6-8 wedges without cutting all the way through.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, condensed milk, and honey until smooth.
  4. Fill the bread wedges with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. In another bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  6. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the bread.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
