A quick and easy Korean-inspired dish with ground beef and rice.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar, cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
