- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- Heat sesame oil in a small pan over low heat.
- Add gochugaru and stir for 30 seconds to infuse the oil.
- Remove from heat and mix in soy sauce, honey, garlic, and rice vinegar.
- Stir in sesame seeds.
