  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add the sliced pork and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated pork.
  4. Cook until the pork is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add onion and bell pepper, cooking until vegetables are tender.
