  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into an 8×8-inch pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  6. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and vanilla.
  7. Pour filling over crust.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
