  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons (zested and juiced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and zest, then return chicken to the skillet.
  7. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and cover until cheese melts.
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving.
