- 1 package of sugar-free gelatin mix
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of unsweetened fruit puree
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan.
- Stir in the gelatin mix until dissolved.

- Mix well and add the remaining cup of cold water.
- Pour the mixture into cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
