Ingredients

  • 1 package of sugar-free gelatin mix
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup of unsweetened fruit puree
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan.
  2. Stir in the gelatin mix until dissolved.
  3. Add the fruit puree and lemon juice.
  4. Mix well and add the remaining cup of cold water.
  5. Pour the mixture into cups.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.

Notes
