A delicious and hearty meal featuring bacon, avocado, and a juicy burger, served in a bowl.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare bowls with lettuce at the base.
  4. Add cooked beef, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, cheese, and onion on top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
