- 2 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise and gently pull the meat upward.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.

- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the lobster meat is opaque.
