A simple and healthy low-calorie cottage cheese egg bake perfect for breakfast or brunch.

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
