  • 500g boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut chicken into equal-sized pieces for even cooking.
  3. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Coat chicken evenly with the spice mixture.
  5. Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Add broccoli and carrots around the chicken.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches 75°C (165°F).
  8. Divide into meal prep containers once cooled.
