A healthy and delicious bowl featuring low-carb buffalo chicken burgers.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, buffalo sauce, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. In a bowl, layer mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and patties.
  6. Top with blue cheese crumbles and ranch dressing.
