A flavorful and easy-to-make casserole with tender chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, and melted cheese.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  3. Add sour cream, celery, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
