  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge chicken in almond flour, shaking off excess.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. Remove chicken and set aside.
