- Sweetener (erythritol or stevia) – 1 cup
- Cocoa powder – 1/2 cup
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Eggs – 3 large
- Butter, melted – 1/2 cup
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
