Ingredients

  • Almond flour – 2 cups
  • Sweetener (erythritol or stevia) – 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder – 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp
  • Eggs – 3 large
  • Butter, melted – 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
  • Can substitute almond flour with coconut flour.
  • Adjust sweetener to taste.
