A low-carb version of the classic Philly cheesesteak, cooked in a skillet.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of thinly sliced beef
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup of provolone cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté until soft.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet. Cook until browned.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese over the beef and vegetables. Cover until cheese melts.

  • Serve hot.
