- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 cup low-fat chicken broth
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup low-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup whole wheat pasta, uncooked
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, broth, carrots, celery, onions, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and uncooked pasta.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
