  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes and olives around the chicken, then bake for another 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle feta cheese and parsley on top before serving.
