- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
