Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add lemon zest and juice to the pan. Stir well.
  4. Toss cooked pasta with the lemon mixture. Add reserved pasta water as needed.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
