  • 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cottage cheese
  • 1 package (16 oz) spaghetti noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir spaghetti sauce into the cooked beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until smooth.
  6. Spread half the cooked spaghetti in a greased baking dish.
  7. Top with the cream cheese mixture, then the remaining spaghetti.
  8. Pour melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
