  • 1/4 cup white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Edible gold leaf for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix miso, mirin, sake, sugar, and ginger in a bowl to make the glaze.
  2. Coat the cod fillets with the glaze and marinate for 24 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
